On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Julie Broderick was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective April 30, 2026, by Order in Council O.C. 625/2026;

And whereas Julie Broderick tendered her resignation effective July 8, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 625/2026 be revoked effective July 8, 2026.
