On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 8 (1) (3) of the Algoma University Act, 2008,

Giacomo L. Pastore of Sault Ste. Marie

be appointed as a member of the board of governors of Algoma University, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period effective the later of July 30, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made, and ending not later than July 29, 2027.
