On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Eugene Cawthray of Aurora, reappointed by O.C. 1289/2021 as a part-time member of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table below has resigned, effective May 17, 2023;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsections 7(1) and (2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1289/2021 be revoked.
