On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Harry Adamidis was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 17, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 109/2024;

And whereas Harry Adamidis tendered his resignation effective July 8, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 109/2024 be revoked effective July 8, 2026.
