On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Athena LaCarte was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective November 21, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1460/2024;

And whereas Athena LaCarte tendered her resignation effective June 23, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act, Order in Council O.C. 1460/2024 be revoked effective June 23, 2026.
