On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Timothy James O’Halloran was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 16, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 9/2025;

And whereas Timothy James O’Halloran tendered his resignation effective June 17, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act, Order in Council O.C. 9/2025 be revoked effective June 17, 2026.
