On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 8 (1) (3) of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology Act, 2002,

Jeffrey Kent Spiegelman of Vaughan

be appointed as a as a member of the board of governors of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
