On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 270/2026, effective March 31, 2026, Gadi Mayman of Toronto was reappointed as a member of the board of directors of Invest Ontario for a period not exceeding two years from the effective date of the reappointment.

And whereas Gadi Mayman has submitted a letter of resignation from such position.

Therefore, pursuant to section 6 of the Invest Ontario Act, 2021, Order in Council 270/2026 is revoked effective July 10, 2026.
