On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11 (1), (2) and 12 (1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996,

Christopher Day of Ottawa

be appointed as a director and designated as the chair of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the later of August 29, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
