On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Hugh Mai of London, was appointed by O.C. 985/2026 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 5(1)(b) of the Dental Technology Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 985/2026 be revoked.
