On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Joseph Paul Malette of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 1719/2023 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective July 31, 2026;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Medicine Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1719/2023 be revoked.
