On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2)(e) of the Surveyors Act,

Doug Pierson of Niagara Falls

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
