Order in Council 1219/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereasthe Minister of Health has recommended to the Lieutenant Governor in Council that a Supervisor be appointed for London Health Sciences Centre under subsection 9(1) of the Public Hospitals Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.40, as amended;

And whereas the Minister of Health has given the board of London Health Sciences Centre at least 14 days notice before making such recommendation to the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And whereas, the Lieutenant Governor in Council considers it in the public interest that a Supervisor be appointed for London Health Sciences Centre;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Public Hospitals Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.40, as amended,

David Musyj of Lasalle

is hereby appointed as Supervisor for London Health Sciences Centre to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective as of the date this Order in Council is made;

And further, the Supervisor shall be paid such remuneration and expenses as the Lieutenant Governor in Council may determine.
