On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Bonnie Ann Burke, of Toronto, a Coroner for Ontario, be appointed as a Deputy Chief Coroner for Ontario effective from the later of January 24, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1092/2018, dated October 3, 2018, be revoked on the effective date of this Order in Council.
