On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2811/87, dated December 17, 1987, Dr. Barbara J. Middlebrook was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2358/99, dated December 15, 1999, O.C. 2811/87 was amended to reflect the change in name of Dr. Barbara J. Middlebrook to Dr. Barbara J. Mainville;

And whereas Dr. Barbara J. Mainville has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective April 19, 2017;

Therefore Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2811/87, dated December 17, 1987, is hereby amended by deleting Dr. Barbara J. Middlebrook and O.C. 2358/99, dated December 15, 1999 is hereby revoked.
