Order in Council 1226/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 1582/2024, effective January 1, 2025, Elaine Lajeunesse was reappointed as a member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers;

And whereas Elaine Lajeunesse has submitted a notice of resignation from such position effective July 31, 2025;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 4(2)(b) of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996 and Ontario Regulation 345/96 made under that Act, Order in Council 1582/2024 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
