On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gemma Harmison was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective February 6, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 333/2017;

And whereas Gemma Harmison tendered her resignation effective October 22, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 333/2017 be revoked effective October 22, 2018.
