On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 6 of the Ontario Forest Tenure Modernization Act, 2011,

Francine Johnson of North Bay

be reappointed as part-time member and redesignated as chair of the Temagami Forest Management Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of October 21, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
