On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending November 30, 2027.

Further, whereas Stephanie Zwicker Slavens was reappointed as part-time member and associate chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective December 1, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 949/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 949/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
