On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 176(3) of the Mining Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.14 (the “Act”), the Minister of Energy and Mines is given approval to issue to EV Nickel Inc. an unpatented mining claim (the “Mining Claim”), for that part of the Langmuir Township more particularly described in Schedule “A” attached hereto, on the understanding that the Mining Claim shall: (i) be deemed to be a “boundary claim” for the purposes of section 38.3 of the Act, and (ii) be deemed to have been registered for the purposes of the Act as of the date of its issuance and recording in the Mining Lands Administration System
