On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(1) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002, Laetitia Pacaud of Toronto be appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
