On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9 (2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c.16,

Janet Ecker, of the Town of Ajax, Ontario

be re-appointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective October 31, 2016.
