On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 49(2)(c) and subsection 49(5) of the Courts of Justice Act, O.C. 1270/2018 dated November 21, 2018 appointing the Honourable Regional Senior Judge Patrick James Boucher as a member of the Ontario Judicial Council be revoked, effective December 11, 2020.
