On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 1443/2024 Derek Vanstone was appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation; and whereas Derek Vanstone resigned as a member on September 9, 2025, therefore Order in Council O.C. 1443/2024 be revoked effective September 9, 2025.
