On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Executive Council Act, the Honourable Michelle Cooper, Minister without Portfolio, is designated as Associate Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, Ministry of Health, with any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Premier and the Minister of Health.
