On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsections 14(1.1) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.16 as amended,

be appointed as a part-time member and appointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered for a fixed term of two years from the effective date of this appointment.

and pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.19, as amended,

be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered for a fixed term of two years from the effective date of this appointment.
