On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nicholas Hedley was appointed a Deputy Public Guardian and Trustee at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective May 2, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 300/2016;

And whereas Nicholas Hedley has retired from his position;

Pursuant to subsection 1(1) of the Public Guardian and Trustee Act, Order in Council O.C. 300/2016 be revoked effective May 31, 2025.
