On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Jay Josefo of Toronto was reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 2109/2017.

Mr. Josefo submitted his resignation effective September 27, 2018.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 2109/2017 is revoked effective September 27, 2018.
