Order in Council 1301/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2 (2) of the Management Board of Cabinet Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.1 and subsections 1.0.2 (1) and 1.0.3 (1) of the Financial Administration Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F.12, the membership of the Management Board of Cabinet and of the Treasury Board be as follows:

And further, Order in Council O.C. 1076/2022, dated July 19, 2022, be revoked.
