On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Sonya Sahay of Toronto was reappointed as part-time member, representative of employers, of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 822/2017.

Ms. Sahay submitted her resignation effective August 22, 2018.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 822/2017 is revoked effective August 22, 2018.
