On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 4.1(2), 4.1(5) and 4.1(8) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998,

Richard Dicerni of Ottawa

be reappointed as a part-time member and chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Energy Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the 1st day of October, 2022.
