On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Hayleigh Cudmore was appointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 16, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 3/2025;

And whereas Hayleigh Cudmore tendered her resignation effective September 1, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Order in Council O.C. 3/2025 be revoked effective September 1, 2026.
