On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Katie Osborne of Toronto be reappointed part-time Associate Chair of the Fire Safety Commission on an interim basis for a period of six months, effective from September 18, 2016, and ending February 17, 2017, or when a new Associate Chair is appointed, whichever occurs first.
