On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Claudine Salama of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time member, representative of workers, of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of October 3, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
