On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Kate Sinipostolova of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term ending September 6, 2028, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Kate Sinipostolova was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective September 7, 2025 by Order in Council O.C. 734/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 734/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
