On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Leo Demarce was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective September 29, 2023, that expired on September 28, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Leo Demarce of Tecumseh be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
