On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1291/2014 dated October 22, 2014 that reappointed

K. David Simpson of St. Thomas

as a member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
