On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gregory Kung was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of five years, effective January 31, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 1246/2024;

And whereas Gregory Kung tendered his resignation effective August 25, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act, Order in Council O.C. 1246/2024 be revoked effective August 25, 2026.
