On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, William Burke of Lindsay be reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a period effective October 17, 2016, and ending July 21, 2017.
