On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act,

Michael Irvine of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from September 25, 2016.

[Mr. Irvine’s appointment by Order in Council 1378/2013 expires September 24, 2016.]
