On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

In accordance with subsection 27 (2) of the Line Fences Act, Jean-Pierre Ouellette is appointed as Deputy Referee for the appeals division comprised of all lands in Ontario, effective as of the date of this Order to hold office for a term of three (3) years.
