On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Rami Shoucri of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 862/2024 as a part-time Physician member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned;

Now therefore, pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Order in Council numbered O.C. 862/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
