On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereasby Order in Council numbered O.C. 1877/2016, made December 7, 2016, Maria Mavroyannis was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation;

and whereas Maria Mavroyannis has resigned from the Board of Directors effective September 25, 2018;

therefore Order in Council O.C. 1877/2016 is revoked effective September 25, 2018.
