On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Section 23 of the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006,

Michelle Eaton of Toronto

be appointed as member of the Ontario Parks Board of Directors to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
