On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dave Forestell was reappointed as part-time member and re-designated as chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective July 20, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 701/2024;

And whereas Dave Forestell has resigned;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 5(3) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019, Order in Council O.C. 701/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
