On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mark Handelman of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 1834/2023 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective September 25, 2024;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Act, 2006, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1834/2023 be revoked.
