On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 7 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Mitchell Toker of Toronto be reappointed as a Lawyer member and redesignated as full-time Vice-Chair of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 14, 2027 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
