On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Emma Rhodes was reappointed as part-time member and vice chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective March 2, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 218/2025;

And whereas Emma Rhodes tendered her resignation effective September 5, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 218/2025 be revoked effective September 5, 2025.
