On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Patricia Muldowney-Brooks was reappointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective November 25, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1701/2023;

And whereas Patricia Muldowney-Brooks tendered her resignation effective April 29, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 1701/2023 be revoked effective April 29, 2025.
