On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority Act, 2008, as amended,

Michelle Séguin of Toronto

be re-appointed as chief executive officer of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective February 17, 2023.
